Credits and refunds
A failed generation returns account credits. A payment refund returns money through the original payment method.

Purchase confirmation
Check your payment receipt and account balance after a purchase. If your credits have not appeared, contact support with your order identifier. Clearly labelled test checkout uses no real money and is not eligible for a monetary refund.
Unused packs
If you bought a pack by mistake and have not used any of its credits, contact support within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Include your order identifier and account email. We verify ownership and payment status before processing a request. You can also report duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors.
Partly used packs
If you have used credits, contact support with the order and the problem you experienced. We review these requests individually, including whether a service failure affected the purchase. A partly used pack is not automatically eligible for a full refund. This does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Failed generations
When an accepted generation finishes as failed or rejected, its reserved credits are returned to the same account. One video uses 500 credits. A successfully completed result uses credits. If it has a technical problem, contact support with the job identifier so we can investigate.
Credits and card refunds
Returning credits does not issue a payment refund. Approved payment refunds are processed separately through Stripe to the original payment method. The time needed to appear on your statement depends on the payment provider and your bank. We confirm refund status after processing; an email request alone is not a completed refund.
Contact support
Email the address below from your account email with an order or job identifier and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, sign-in links or sensitive photographs. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
